   They are no J. Nowlin, a real child Psychologist-Jackson, MS Mental Health clinic; J. Nowlin of the Jackson, MS Mental Health Clinic is the professional child psychologist that made this estimate of the actual IQ based on the socioeconomic background, I did not make this estimate.  The grandmother had a 10^th grade education, while the grandfather had a 6^th grade education. They both were raised in rural areas and were educated in 100% segregated schools. Although the mother, Princella Ransom, and the Father, Tony Russell Sr. had High school diplomas, they, just like the grandparents, were raised in rural areas and were educated in 100% segregated schools.     [Depressed IQ Scores] This is deep in the hole. They {Grandparents} raised me/us from the age of 5yrs. in Jackson, MS after we left the orphanage. They were also asked to choose which Yao Ming or Manute Bol identical twin would have identical performance on an I.Q. test if one is raised in the U.S. versus their country of origin.  He could not answer this question. He was asked if Ray Lewis in the NFL, Jolly Reeves (African-American 6 y.o. female  or Her neighbors in the deep south of Tyler--the well to do section raised on welfare in south Tyler Texas) with no computer, no cable no whips and chains barely getting Xmas presents with blue collar low-income environmental upbringing would not be expected to do anything but read earlier and outperform the Jolly. . There is no local PBS TV Station. The Reeves family can't afford cable TV. They have a VCR but don't rent many children's titles; they cannot afford many of these either. They got some used toys for Xmas and the adults often wear hand-me down clothing from Salvation Army, Goodwill etc�.  Mostly coats and other winter type clothing. They live in section 8 housing--gov't welfare subsidized.  Their neighbors have cable, computers etc� different values systems and are not as concerned with day-to-day subsistence/existence/survival. To their benefit, they are in a well-to-do area, low crime with nice neighbors, they don't have to worry about drugs yet or selling them or being attracted to high status drug dealer life styles. No gangs but no neighborhood friends to play with. Only African-American family for several blocks.

             Would anyone in this live feed surveillance (ABC overnight, CNN-24hr, Weather Channel, etc�) ever subject their children to such environments and expect them to be on a level playing field with the WASP middle class neighbors of Toy , Jolly ,Shaun, Tasha, and Joyce Reeves?  

                He would never subject his own children to this if he could help it. John "The Lang" Langford (a ENT surgeon) started at St. Andrew's Episcopal at age 3 yrs. old and yet I made National Merit Semifinalist while he did not and I was described as the smartest student my 8th grade science teacher, Ms. Burkett, (husband is a member of the JPD), ever taught, not Jon Langford, nor the Valedictorian, Catherine Grey, a general practice Attorney, (SA-age 3 yrs.) nor anyone else for that matter.

He of course, would not place his own children in such an environment if he could help it.                                 

 

 

  Knowing this information, would the white announcers raise their own children in an equivalent environment to that of Jolly Reeves, an 6 y.o. African-American Female in South Tyler whose family lives in section 8 housing on welfare and cannot afford cable TV, computers, there is no local PBS affiliate, therefore you must have cable or satellite. They can barely afford to rent videotapes and they often wear hand-me down or second hand clothing (esp. winter clothing) from thrift stores. They are more concerned about everyday subsistence.  

 

   This is partly why (V-V ability & I.Q. together)  J. Nowlin has evaluated numerous children. Was J. Nowlin wrong as he recommended that I be enrolled at St. Andrew�s Episcopal School at this time (4^th grade 9 yrs. old)? I made National Merit Semifinalist while Jon �The Lang� Langford, a Duke Univ. trained ENT surgeon did not (pre-med Duke, medical school U. of Miss. Medical School, where his dad is a Professor Emeritus of Internal Medicine, a Nephrologist (Kidney Specialist) whose research interest is Hypertension in African Americans, a disease with strong genetic links.. Jon Langford corrected my broken English and remarked how he even thought that I should be in the Fast track in Math, not the regular track. (It was stated to me that my academic transcripts were not specific about the math classes which I took at Westside Elementary/Jr. High School)  However, as it was a private school, I could not attend until the 8^th grade when scholarships were available. The vocabulary testing scores on the SA entrance examination while still in the 7^th grade at Westside Elementary and Jr. High School, were the record for St. Andrew�s Episcopal (12^th grade scores; the test maxed out at here; these were the limits of the testing instrument, unlike the J. Nowlin, Jackson Mental Health Clinic evaluation where I read information from a professional level psychology textbook (I was in the 4th grade), was the real vocabulary/comprehension at the  Masters or PhD level?) this is the max for SA even nearly 30 years later. Robert Trent, the St. Andrew�s Episcopal School Counselor , remarked that Your vocabulary test scores were the best that I have ever seen, but your spelling scores are terrible�  This is the first sign of subclinical mercury poisoning,  as the dental fillings were installed the year before in 6^th grade. Dental fillings release much more Hg vapor when they are first installed due to the break-in effects, like the metal to metal contact in a new car engine. 

                     They aren�t even law enforcement professionals, they are hired to announce and are mere white racist supremest fraudulent promyelecytic leukemias. Deliberately Misleading and Slandering with Malicious Intent- trying to lop the Head off of the Genetics Monster [Pride and Prejudice- racism];  They try to compare tests of 90% rote memory �The MCAT and NMBE Part I  [7 sections-none are reading sections]. (National Medical Board Examination) to real tests of Verbal-Visual like a TAAS test (State of TX); Stafford Achievement Test (State of Miss) tests the 3 R�S � reading, writing and arithmetic. The reading section uses essays/paragraphs of information which are either not known or superficially known to the test-takers. The white announcers are OVERTASS�ED (Tall Tree) AND UNDERSTAFFED (Short Tree) on an deliberate apple to an orange comparison [They have a disease, Down�s Syndrome- Trisomy 13; Translation- Downgrade/Double-Standard: nondisjunction of their mouths from the Botha�s Dick] The white announcers were asked which MCAT scores represent the actual Verbal-Visual, the  9-10�s (Biology/Chemistry) or the 8 in Physics MCAT #1 or the 12 -13�s in (Biology/Chemistry)  and the 14 in Physics MCAT #2 (Max score for 1987 Fall MCAT-only ~300 persons out of ~40,000 achieved an 14 in Physics) They are cancers of the white blood cell system and Chronic Lying Lymphocytic Leukemia�s (CLL) burning up to a little crisp just like the Genetic marker for (CLL) , the Philadelphia Chromosome, more like Mississippi Burning.  Gene Hackman and William Defoe, where the FBI infiltrated the  Klan  (KKK)  when it was found out that Law enforcement pulled over and killed the three civil rights workers , all three college students, one white Jewish male and two African-American males , in Philadelphia, MS.

Arthur Jensen is a prominent educational psychologist who is best known for a controversial essay on genetic heritage that was first published in the February 1969 edition of the Harvard Educational Review. In the late 1950s, he did postdoctoral research in London with Hans J. Eysenck, one of England's leading psychologists. "Like Eysenck, Jensen is a differential psychologist-- that is, one 'most concerned with how and why persons differ behaviorally from one another, as they so obviously do.' He was particularly influenced by the English psychologist's quantitative and experimental approach to personality research "(Moritz, p. 210).Upon returning to the United States, Jensen became a research and professor at the University of California, Berkley, where he focused on individual differences in learning, especially the influences of culture, development, and genetics on intelligence and learning. He has concentrated much of his work on the learning difficulties of culturally disadvantaged students.

Around 1962, Jensen began extensive testing of black, Mexican-American, and other minority-group school children, developing a series of "culturally-free" intelligence tests that could be administered in any language. The results of that program soon led him to distinguish between two separate types of learning ability (or intelligence): Level I, or associative learning, may be defined as simple retention of input--that is, rote memorization of simple facts and skills; Level II, or conceptual learning, is roughly equivalent to the attribute measured by I.Q. tests--the ability to manipulate and transform inputs--that is, the ability to solve problems.

Statistical analysis of his findings led Jensen to conclude that Level I abilities were distributed equally among members of all races, but that Level II occurred with significantly greater frequency among whites than among blacks (and among Asians somewhat more than among whites). (Moritz, p. 211)

Because of these and other study results, Jensen was convinced, as had been the English psychologist Cyril Burt, that 80 percent of intelligence is based on heredity, and 20 percent on environment. As a result, he was convinced that intelligence is fundamentally an inherited trait. Jensen concluded "that the well-known differences in performance on intelligence tests of American blacks and white, with whites as a group regularly scoring higher than blacks as a group at all social-class levels, were due to inherent and essentially unchangeable intellectual differences between the two races, rather than to the effects of poverty, discrimination, and similar remediable factors (Moritz, p. 211)." Many perceived Jensen's finding as racist and he set off an intense controversy with the 1969 publication of his genetic research results in a 123-page article in the Harvard Educational Review. "The sound and the fury surprised and puzzled Jensen, who felt his findings were of vital importance, and who had intended to open up for objective discussion a subject that, he believed, had been too long swept under the rug. (Moritz, p. 211)"

Jensen continued to research racial and hereditary influences on intelligence. In his 1979 book, Bias in Mental Testing, he presented the values and validity of mental tests. Jensen concluded,

"None of these attempts to create highly culture-reduced tests had succeeded in eliminating, or even appreciably reducing, the mean differences between certain subpopulations--race and social class. . . . It's better to reply on a test than on the whims of an interviewer or employer. The tests are color blind, and that should be reassuring. (Evory, p. 353)"

 The employees and customers alike tried to knee jerk their way thru the reading of selected excepts of The Bell Curve with attacks involving No cultural bias, belittling showing a small girl in pink and although the average layperson, even well educated, would and did not have a in-depth understanding of the controversy in I.Q. testing and measurement, they knee jerked anyway with a motorcycle OFFICER BROWN EFFECT GOING INTO THE RESTROOM.

        When I started over from the introduction (this gave background info and explained the assertions made in this controversial book) and I explained what it all meant and that psychology is a SOFT SCIENCE.

Minnesota Twin Study (Science-1990; Brouchard, Lykken et al.)

This is the most statistically strong study w/ long term follow-up in all of science, Period.

   Monozygotic and dizygotic twins who were separated early in life and reared apart (MZA and DZA twin pairs) are a fascinating experiment of nature. They also provide the simplest and most powerful method for disentangling the influence of environmental and genetic factors on human characteristics. The rarity of twins reared apart explains why only three previous studies of modest scope are available in the literature [1-4].

1. General intelligence or IQ is strongly affected by genetic factors. The IQs of the adult MZA twins assessed with various instruments in four independent studies correlate about 0.70, indicating that about 70% of the observed variation in IQ in this population can be attributed to genetic variation. Since only a few of these MZA twins were reared in real poverty or by illiterate parents and none were retarded, this heritability estimate should not be extrapolated to the extremes of environmental disadvantage still encountered in society. Moreover, these findings do not imply that traits like IQ cannot be enhanced. Flynn [35], in a survey covering 14 countries, has shown that the average IQ test score has significantly increased in recent years. This increase may be limited to that part of the population with low IQs [36]. The present findings, therefore, do not define or limit what might be conceivably achieved in an optimal environment. They do indicate that, in the current environments of the broad middle-class, in industrialized societies, two-thirds of the observed variance of IQ can be traced to genetic variation.

THE MOST PROFOUND AND IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE IS ESPECIALLY THE IDENTICAL TWIN STUDIES, (Because this is the ideal control. Why? Because the genetics are held constant, the testing instrument is held constant but the environment is now different), SO THAT IT IS NOW OBVIOUS THAT THE DIFFERENCE IN I.Q. MEASUREMENTS MUST BE ENTIRELY DUE TO ENVIRONMENT.  THIS EXPLAINS THE EFFECTS ON RURAL WHITES AND BLACKS (Depressed IQ scores as compared to their counterparts in metropolitan areas), AND THE CULTURAL EFFECTS AS WELL BECAUSE CULTURE IS AN SPECIAL CASE OF ENVIRONMENT, BUT THE EXTENT OF GENETIC VS. ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCE IS NOT IN CONCRETE AS THE VARIOUS STUDIES DIFFER IN THE RANGE OF EFFECTS FROM (40%-80%: GENETIC VS. ENVIRONMENTAL- THE REAL PERCENTAGE IN MOTHER NATURE IS PROBABLY NEAR 60% GENETIC/ 40% ENVIRONMENTAL)  AND THE TWIN STUDIES ARE NOT ESPECIALLY DESIGNED TO ISOLATE CULTURAL EFFECTS, AS PER THE ANALYSIS OF THE MINNESOTA TWIN STUDY BY ITS OWN AUTHORS / INVESTIGATORS-THOMAS BROUCHARD PhD, LYKKEN, ET AL�THEY STATE THAT MOST OF THE SUBJECTS WERE WHITE. I.E. WHITE MEANS DIFFERENT CULTURE WHETHER OR NOT IT IS UPPER, MIDDLE OR LOWER CLASS OR BLUE-COLLAR VS. WHITE COLLAR.   ONE CAN IMAGINE WHAT TYPE(S) OF FAMILIES ADOPTED/REARED MOST OF THESE TWINS. and of course, the white announcers were left with no legs to stand on.

Section III- Genes and Intelligence

      

�As far as behavior genetic methods are concerned, there is nothing unique about psychometric intelligence relative to other traits or abilities. Any reliably measured trait can be analyzed by these methods, and many traits including personality and attitudes have been. The methods are neutral with regard to genetic and environmental sources of variance: if individual differences on a trait are entirely due to environmental factors, the analysis will reveal this. These methods have shown that genes contribute substantially to individual differences in intelligence test performance, and that their role seems to increase from infancy to adulthood. They have also shown that variations in the unique environments of individuals are important, and that between-family variation contributes significantly to observed differences in IQ scores in childhood although this effect diminishes later on. All these conclusions are wholly consistent with the notion that both genes and environment, in complex interplay, are essential to the development of intellectual competence.�

     Translation- The CNS/Brain has plastic effects as it forms and reforms new connections (brain cell to brain cell) in response to various stimuli. These stimuli involve both motor as well as higher intellectual functions. These effects, like molding the clay, are much more pronounced in the developing/ growing organism, than in the adult or mature organism. This plasticity of the CNS/Brain decreases as one ages so that learning is now more difficult. 

This is exactly why it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks!!!

Once the ball is moving and now the hitter moves, it is much more difficult to strike the object with an implement at or near the center of percussion; this abilty can only be maximally developed while the brain is still plastic. i.e. the younger the better.

 This means that you will never make professional in mainstream sports that involves hitting objects moving at high rates of speed unless you start young (Venus/Serena Williams, Andre Agassi, John/Patrick Mc Enroe, Bjorn Borg, Arthur Ashe)

     Therefore this explains the Genetic / Environmental Identical Twin differences.  Most of the effect is hard-wired (I.E. Genetic ~60%) while the rest is plastic (I.E. Environmental ~40%).

 

The later these twins are separated the more closely related are their IQ scores and other measures of intelligence. Conversely, the earlier they are separated, the larger the difference is in their IQ scores and other measures of intelligence.  

   

 When the lay public began to recognize thru the Minnesota Twin Study that part of I.Q. is irrefutablely genetic and also irrefutably environmental and what TESTING BIAS IS IN I.Q. TESTING (this is separate and distinct and a confounding variable-ARTHUR JENSEN, NOT WITHSTANDING), they saw thru the white announcers as the real empty-headed shallow desperate white racist frauds that they really are, talking out the side of their necks  who never understood IQ or Arthur Jensen (Testing Bias in IQ-Devised Culturally non-biased IQ tests) or Identical Twin Studies especially designed to hold genetics constant while separating the effects of environment  from genetics  [Science-1990: Minnesota Twin Study; Brouchard and Lykken et al�] A peer reviewed scientific journal, in the first place.

       They sounded train air horns, they sounded sirens, and they sound them even when typing in the MS Outlook journal on Sat/Sun.

They get worse and worse whenever the genetics are being mentioned, the law enforcement/Officer Brown effect would kill me and Zack Summers would be appalled and shocked to hear how he would have to open up on the Tyler public and the white announcers and the Tyler Law enforcement.  I wonder if Thomas Brouchard PhD, UCSF Faculty/Staff, the AMA or even the APA or (Both Psychiatry and Psychology), AND ESP. THE MEDIA, could even resist the effect.

I WONDER If Thomas Brouchard would refute his own research, due to the effects of this high-tech surveillance. No Nobel Prize for you.

    The timing of the sirens, train air horns and etc� almost always coincide with something to do with genetics, I wonder why the NOBEL PRIZE IN Psychology,   Hmmm�. Of course they cannot resist. They have no opening bid either.

NOWLIN.  It is written down and they have the MCAT Scores and ACT scores to help them along with UCSF School of Medicine student ID.

       They know who Mario Quintero is now. This is culture shock and a whole new spin on deep in the hole Isn't that right Yao Ming and Manute Bol. I wonder what the cultural effects would be on them in I.Q. testing or their Identical twins; one reared in the U.S. versus one reared in their respective countries of origin. Maybe Bouchard and Lykken and the Minnesota Twin Study (Science-1990) in a peer reviewed journal can help separate/distinguish the genetic and environmental effects. What if they never were exposed to the game of Basketball, what would happen?    (Mario from the Barrio, My Brothers Keeper) whom Immigrated from Mexico at the age of 3 years old w/his family, whom settled in East Los Angeles, CA. Mario Quintero received a scholarship to Yale (High In the Ivy) University, where he majored in Pre-Med and did well enough to enter the 1988 class of The UCSF School of  Medicine. He is now a Family Practice Physician.

 They saw the domestic violence, the orphanage, the grandparents and the 3-D on this evaluation.  They now know why the mother is referred to by first name and they also understand polygenic inheritance and the pedigree effect because of the color print of the family tree/pedigree.   This is real Wrecks-n-Effects, State of Shock, Dominique Dawes, "We Dominate" Shocks and the Awe.

           The white announcers are dead in the water here at Super 1 foods and Hidden Springs apartments and much of Tyler has seen this. The Detailed Brochure- all have heard this but reading J. Nowlin is a state of shock. Once the picture is opened up with Reganda, Miranda, Andre, and Selena and myself, they know reality bites. I no tease slight embel. But of course you always knew, didn't you Botha??
